What this selector does, and what it does not

Three answers narrow four directions down to one — the one that most often matches the situation you describe. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a prescription: the selector cannot see your hair, does not know its porosity, and reads no further into your colour history than a single answer.

The final formula and method are decided at the diagnosis in the studio. If the suggestion does not match what I see there, I will say so directly and explain why.
